Board Highlight - Meghan Horn
Meghan Horn joined the Center for Millennial Engagement in 2019, serving on the Advisory Board as a Summit Marketing Chair. Meghan serves the board by using her expertise and guidance to plan the outreach and strategy around planning the Millennial Leadership Summit 2021. She draws on her extensive experience building and leading corporate employee resource groups to develop partnerships and networking to connect with millennials seeking to enhance their leadership skills.
Meghan currently utilizes her experience with learning and development as a Process Delivery & Training Analyst with Comcast. She also has a passion for diversity & inclusion and currently serves as the Chief of Staff for Comcast’s Unidos (Latino) ERG, as well as a strategic advisor for the ERG committee she founded for her office location. She was just recently placed on Comcast’s inaugural DEI Employee Advisory Council. In her spare time, Meghan also volunteers with Collective Success Network, a non-profit mentorship program for low-income, first-generation college students, both as a mentor and as a member of the planning committee.
Born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, Meghan attended Penn State University and holds a dual degree in Spanish language and East Asian Studies, with a minor in Mandarin Chinese. She currently attends St. Joseph’s University pursuing a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership, with a focus on adult learning. Through her studies and professional experience, Meghan has discovered a passion for professional development and employee engagement, with a keen focus on how learning and development programs can intersect with diversity & inclusion policies to create company cultures that are inclusive, equitable, and give employees the chance to grow and flourish in their chosen fields.
In her spare time, Meghan enjoys reading, traveling the world, and spending time with friends and family.
