Nat’l Millennial Diversity Study to Launch in February
The Center for Millennial Engagement is launching the “MQ Project”, a national diversity research study aimed at identifying how employers can better engage their maturing millennial workforce. The study will focus on several dimensions of engagement that will uncover how the millennial workforce is evolving across the nation.
Associations, companies, and nonprofit agencies who sign up as research partners will have access to the final research paper and will be able to utilize key insights from the study to make critical organizational decisions.
